Declares Cash Dividend Liberty, Missouri– Liberty Savings Bank, F.S.B., (Liberty, Missouri), held its 2004 Annual Stockholders Meeting on January 21, 2004. At the meeting, Brent M. Giles and Robert T. Sevier were elected to the board of directors for three-year terms. Stockholders also approved the Liberty Savings Bank, F.S.B. 2003 Incentive Equity and Deferred Compensation Plan and ratified the appointment of Michael Trokey & Company, P.C. as the Savings Bank’s independent auditors for the 2004 fiscal year.    |
